Pentagram's Discography

The band has been active between 1971–1976, 1978-1979, and onward since 1980.

The band was known as Death Row in the early 80's.

Along with with Saint Vitus, Trouble and Witchfinder General, Pentagram were one of the first true doom metal bands, influenced by Black Sabbath.

Pentagram were quite prolific in the underground scene of the 1970s, producing many demos and rehearsal tapes, although they didn't release their first album until 14 years after forming. Throughout the band's history, vocalist Bobby Liebling has remained constant.

In 2008 the band participated on the Syd Barrett (Pink Floyd) tribute album "Like Black Holes in the Sky" covering the song "Flaming" with Kayt Vigil on bass (ZED, Syzslak, Hatchetface, Catheter, 303 Grind, The Hounds of Hasselvander).
