Happy Days was formed in 2007 by Morbid and Cid in Miami(Florida). The two released three demos together and due to conflict between members, Cid left the band shortly after. In 2008, Karmageddon (Managarm, Wedard, Griefthorn) joined the band as the permanent drummer and has contributed to every release since. With the exception of the “Children of Failure” split, which was in fact a drum machine and written entirely by Morbid.
